Turkey Cranberry Sandwich

Turn your boring thanksgiving leftovers into this spectacular turkey cranberry sandwich.

Ingredients

• 1/2 tablespoon butter
• 1 croissant cut in half (or any bread of choice)
• 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
• 2 oz turkey
• 2 oz cheese of choice (I recommend swiss, gruyere, or brie)
• 2 bacon slices, cooked

Instructions

1. Add butter to a medium skillet over medium heat. Place the bread cut side down and toast.
2. Spread the button slice with mayo and the top one with cranberry sauce.
3. Place the cheese, turkey, and bacon on top of the mayo. Close the sandwich and place it back in the skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Once the skillet is hot, drizzle in about a tablespoon of water to create steam. Cover with a lid and cook for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
5. ENJOY!
