This easy and delicious better-than-takeout fried rice is the only recipe you'll ever need. It's also the best recipe to use up leftover rice!

Notes:
- You can turn this recipe into a "special fried rice" by adding diced ham and pork. Season and cook the pork same as the chicken.
- I personally like to use low sodium soy sauce but regular, or even coconut aminos will work as well.
- If you don't have leftover rice, cook rice according to the package's instructions then pop it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
