This recipe for lamb chops is the only one you will ever need! They are flavourful, juicy, tender, and incredibly tasty, but made with the simplest of ingredients.
Instructions Add extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, a pinch of salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, and mint, along with the lemon juice and zest to a small bowl. Stir to combine. Season each lamb chop with salt and pepper to taste and place in a shallow dish. Then, coat the lamb chops with the mixture. Let the lamb chops marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight. If marinating in the refrigerator, let them stand at room temperature 30 minutes prior to cooking. Heat a cast iron over high heat until it starts to smoke. Fry the lamb chops in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness and how done you like the meat. You can also make the lamb chops in the grill if you prefer. Serve with tzatziki sauce or your favorite sauce, and ENJOY! VIDEO
