The BEST Green Juice Recipe

This is the best tasting green juice you will ever try and a great way to intake nutrients from fruits and vegetables.
Ingredients
2 cups spinach or kale (or a mix of both)
1/2 cup frozen green apple chunks
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 kiwi, chopped
1 cup coconut water or water
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
juice from half lemon
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the green juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a big measuring cup to remove as much pulp as desired.
