SWEET SRIRACHA BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Sweet Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

These brussels sprouts are roasted to perfection and tossed with the most delicious sweet and spicy sauce!
Ingredients
1 lb brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon sriracha
2 tablespoons honey
juice from half lime
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut off the ends of the brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut sprouts in half lengthwise.
Place the sprouts in an aluminum-foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle the sprouts with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat and place them face side down.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Set aside.
Remove sprouts from the oven, and toss them with honey sriracha sauce. Season with a little more salt and pepper, if needed.
