Corn Pudding Recipe

With the help of store-bought corn muffin mix and canned corn, this American classic side dish can be done in the snap of a finger!
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1(14.75 oz) can cream-style sweet corn
- 1(15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients first. Then add the dry ingredients and combine until mixed through. Transfer to an 8 x 10 greased baking dish.
- Cook uncovered for 45-60 minutes or until lightly browned.
