Easy and Healthy Granola Recipe

This recipe is truly the best healthy granola recipe ever. It's effortless to make and very delicious without it being overly sweet.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup nuts (I used walnuts, almonds, and cashews)
- 1/3 cup pepitas or sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes or chips
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon raw cane turbinado sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add maple syrup, coconut oil, and sugar—microwave for 35 seconds.
- In a mixing bowl, add oats, nuts, and dried fruits. Remove the wet ingredients from the microwave, add cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and stir to combine.
- Pour the wet ingredients onto the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Spread the oats onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir in cranberries and coconut chips—Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, store in an air-tight container.
